What are we and how does F2L work?
Our Flab2lean programme has been ran for 7 years and we have trained thousands of likeminded individuals wanting to lose fat, get fit and feel comfortable training.
If you are local you will go through our initiation course ( Unless you've been before ) and if you are further afield we have our online coaching platform also.
We focus on four pillars. Training, Nutrition, Support and Results. Once your initiation course has been completed, you can then embark on your F2L+ membership as a local client. As for our online coaching, you go straight into the coaching membership and become a member of our thriving community.
For all previous members returning, we have got so much more now involved with the F2L+ membership. Once signed up be sure to contact a coach for an introductory information catch up to discuss training, nutrition, open gym and more.

WHAT IF I CAN'T MAKE A SESSION?
If you can't make one of the advertised sessions, don't worry, we have catch ups to help around awkward shifts or childcare.
I'VE GOT A FEW INJURIES?
If you have pre existing injuries, simply email us from the contact page and we will have something in place to work around it. Any ability, Injury or Fitness level we have you covered.
WHAT DOES THE COURSE CONSIST OF?
We see you twice per week at the private studio where we train together, we fully map out your Nutrition for the 8 weeks, Support you 24/7 via WhatsApp with our team and focus on getting you the best possible results within 8 weeks. Both mentally & physically.
Then, it's onto F2L+ !
